The School's academic year is from April to March. The school opens in the First week of April.
The Academic Year comprises of Two terms :

- Medium of instruction is English which is the first language.
- The students have to study three languages, including English. One language at higher level (II language) and one language at lower level (III language from class IV to VIII).
- Second language offered for classes I to X : Tamil
- Third language offered for classes IV to VIII : Hindi
- Second Language is compulsory for classes I to X.
